Q: What happens with the uploaded files?
A: Our server will store the files for 4 days or 20 downloads. After that the files will be automatically deleted. The sender and the recepient has the possibility to delete the files manually with the link provided in the notification e-mail.

Q: Can I use ToldACuccot.hu to send multiple files?
A: Yes, you can send 3 files at the same time (see next question!).
Tip: If you compress your files with a compressing program to one large archive (ex.: zip, gzip, rar etc.), the system will see only one files, so you can send as many file as you want, but remember the free size limit is 1 GB!

Q: Is there any way to send more than three files at once?
A: We will start our Premium Service in the nearly future where the registered members can upload bigger files in the same time.

Q: I checked the box to remember my e-mail address, but it doesn't work. Why?
A: To use this service cookies must be enabled. Check your browser settings.

Q: What should I do if I have found material that I think breaching Terms Of Service?
A: You can submit your informations via the report abuse process.

Q: How does your site make money?
A: We are selling ads. You could find ads in notification e-mails. If you are interested in advertise on the site do not hesitate to contact us. The site also offers the Premium Service for low cost, where the registered members can upload bigger and more files in the same time. We will start our Premium Service in the nearly future.

Q: Do you sell my e-mail address and other information?
A: Absolutely not. ToldACuccot.hu uses information about you only for measuring purpose and never shares personal information to third party.
